We've got you covered! We provide a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for all original equipment and aftermarket products, as specified below. You can find more information on our よくあるご質問(FAQ) section.

This Warranty Does Not Cover
  • 通常の損耗
  • 不適切な組み立て
  • 腐食
  • 不適切なメンテナンス
  • 販売された自転車を本来意図していない、または互換性のないコンポーネント、部品、または付属品の取り付け
  • 事故、誤用、乱用、または怠慢による損傷または故障
  • 部品交換または交換の人件費
  • 元のメーカーの保証の対象となる非独占的な製品(その他の元の部品またはコンポーネント)
  • リムやホイールの外観上の傷や非構造的な傷

However, you are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable).

This warranty applies to:
  • 2022年モデル以降のすべての自転車
  • 2021年12月14日以降に購入された部品および付属品。

This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item at the manufacturer’s discretion. This warranty extends from the date of receipt. MIDONKEY is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages unless prohibited by state law. Claims made outside the country of original purchase may be subject to fees and additional restrictions. Warranty duration and detail may vary by country. The English version of the warranty shall prevail.

For products purchased before 2021, please contact us directly for warranty coverage.

Initiate A Warranty Claim
First things first. Contact an authorized retailer or distributor to initiate a warranty claim. Please call before going to the store to confirm the store's hours of operation. Buy directly from us or you have questions about it? Please contact us by the contact form below stating your order number. Proof of purchase is required.
